Raeshelle obtained her Double Major Honors Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, where she received her degree in Management and Organizational Studies. She later graduated from The University of Guelph, Canada, with her Master’s Degree in Leadership, and she is also a certified Project Manager (PMP). She is a certified Experience Innovation, and Experience Change facilitator and a certified Values Perspective Coach.

Raeshelle obtained her Green Belt in Innovation Management through Innovation 360, which is the world’s leading methodology for innovation management and online analytic tools for assessing, measuring and managing innovation and growth.
